Whereas “Module 1” is focused more on the theoretical issues, “Language Learning Tips and Advice” aims at providing practical tools for the learning to become autonomous. At the first sight, the former seems not necessary but it actually is because it helps you to organize yourself. For instance, you may have a lot of tools but without a system, you can find yourself lost. Therefore, it is important to have enough tools that will make you learn, as given in “Language Learning Tips and Advice”, but it is not less important to be able to organize them, in order to know HOW to learn, what “Module 1” is about. Moreover, “Module 1” is teacher-centered and “Language Learning Tips and Advice” is student-centered.
